The new landscaping is finally finished in my front yard. It took us FAR longer then we had planned due to many other things needing to be done and some crazy weird spring weather here in Texas. Yesterday thefour of us went out in the front yard and we kept working until it was done.
Bug and Bit were very helpful but Buster did the vast majority of the heavy lifting and he was the one who kept us going when we got sick of doing the work. I'm glad he did because it's finally done and I think it looks great. Just the way I wanted it to look, and it's just going to get better as it grows.
The yard isn't the only thing I have finished. Check out Bit's new sweater.
I finished the Craftster Circular Shrug late last week and Bitty was able to wear it on Saturday with her new skirt that her Nana bought for her.
The shrug took too two balls of Cascade 220 in a heathered light purple.
Now I need to get back to my ballet costume alterations. I have volunteered to help a friend with her kids' costumes because she doesn't sew.
This is Bug's ballet costume. She will be a Spanish Rose. One down, many more to go. Wish me luck.
